Terms of Acquisition

Binding Asset Transfer Protocols

This document defines the formal parameters for the transfer of high-value digital assets within our portfolio.

1. Portfolio Integrity

Unless otherwise negotiated, all assets within a specific brand duo (e.g., .in and .co.in) are sold as a Unified Branding Unit.

2. Valuation & Negotiation

Offers are treated as non-binding expressions of interest established via market metrics and brand scarcity.

4. Transfer of Authority

Seller will initiate the transfer via EPP/Auth-Code or Registrar Push within 24–48 business hours of funds secured notification.

5. Warranty of Title

The Seller warrants sole legal ownership but provides no warranty regarding the Purchaser's specific trademark use case.

6. Finality

Digital asset transfers are immediate and non-retrievable. The sale is considered 100% Final once the Auth-Code has been utilized.
